00's Valentino Silk Polka-Dot Dress M

This 2000's Valentino silk dress features a sheer polka-dot fabric over an opaque black lining. The dress has a deep v neck that culminates into a bow, as well as 3/4 sleeves with folded up hems. The dress falls just below the knee line and casually drapes over the body. 

This shirt is an original Italian size 46 which here corresponds to a modern womens size M, but please refer to the measurements for the right fit.

This item is in very good overall condition, although please note this is a vintage item with some signs of wear consistent with age.
